Aaron Santoro

Aaron Santoro is an experienced professional in the field of technical recruiting. Aaron began their career at Robert Half Technology in 1998 as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for filling clients' personnel requirements and managing personnel throughout their contracts. Aaron also conducted full life-cycle marketing of IT consulting services through various strategies. In 2003, they joined ACS Solutions as a Lead Technical Recruiter, providing full life-cycle recruitment services for both internal and external clients across various industries. Their extensive experience includes supporting roles in healthcare, finance, insurance, manufacturing, technology, and retail. Recently, in 2022, they joined Innova Solutions as part of the Solutions - Delivery & Recruiting team.
