Leslee Milam Post

Executive Director, Mid-south Markets at American Diabetes Association

Leslee Milam Post has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Leslee began their career as the Executive Director at the Crisis Center for Women, where they led strategic planning, oversaw the budget, and raised over $20 million to support victims of abuse. Following their time at the Crisis Center, Leslee worked as a consultant at LMP from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, they joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as the Area Director. Leslee then transitioned to the American Diabetes Association, initially serving as an Interim Executive Director in 2020 and subsequently as the Executive Director. In their current role, they strategically collaborate with c-suite level donors and corporations to combat diabetes and successfully led the highest revenue generating special event for ADA. In addition to their extensive non-profit experience, Leslee also served as an Arkansas State Legislator for the House of Representatives from 2011 to 2013, where they focused on passing legislation to improve the lives of underserved populations.

Leslee Milam Post holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of the Ozarks.
