Teresa Hobson

Teresa Hobson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Teresa is currently employed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at American Equity since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo from 2011 to 2021, holding various roles including Employee Relations Senior Consultant, Employee Relations Consultant, Recruiting Consultant, and Human Resources Specialist. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Life-Line Resources, LLC.

Teresa Hobson's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Des Moines Area Community College. Teresa pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, completing their studies in the same year. In 2014, Teresa enrolled at Upper Iowa University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Leadership Development at Drake University, starting their studies in 2019 and has not yet completed the program.
