Usman S.

Usman S. has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Usman is currently working as a Sr. Cloud and Automation Engineer at American Equity since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NCR Corporation as an Azure Cloud Engineer from 2017 to 2022, where they were responsible for establishing a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps and Terraform Templates. Usman also managed multiple applications in Azure Cloud Platform.

Before joining NCR Corporation, Usman S. served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Sunrise Senior Living from 2010 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing and configuring O365 and Azure AD, migrating mailboxes to O365, managing VMware virtualization, storage, Windows servers, AD, and O365 services. Usman also upgraded vCenter and ESXi hosts to vSphere 6.0 and deployed and configured VMware Update Manager and VMware SRM.

Prior to that, Usman S. worked as a System Administrator at Social and Scientific System, Inc from 2008 to 2010. Usman'sresponsibilities included administrating Active Directory and Exchange 2003 environment, providing solutions to users' problems, and supporting server hardware and software.

Usman S. started their career as an IT Coordinator and Desktop Support at Learning Tree International from 2005 to 2009.

Usman S. attended Potomac Falls High School from the year 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they went on to George Mason University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from 2005 to 2010. During their education, Usman also earned several certifications, such as Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions from Microsoft, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco, and VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) from VMware.
