Ana Karen Palacios

Ana Karen Palacios is an experienced communications and digital media professional with a robust background in change management, social media, and digital media planning. Currently serving as Change Management & Communications Manager at American Express since October 2018, Palacios has previously held roles including Global Communications Manager and Global Communications Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at OLG as Associate Social Media Manager and Social Media Specialist, as well as digital media planning roles at ZenithOptimedia Group and MediaCom Canada, where notable clients included Ontario Tourism, Shell, and Bayer.
