Chelsea Doyal, CRCM has over 14 years of work experience. Chelsea is currently working as the Compliance Director - Monitoring and Testing at American First Finance, where they are responsible for overseeing compliance testing and reporting. Prior to that, they worked at Barri Financial Group as the Director of Credit Compliance, where they built and administered the compliance management system and reduced compliance risk through the implementation of an internal audit and investigation function. Chelsea also served as the Controller at Roadway Specialties, Inc., where they oversaw company accounting activities and managed the preparation of financial statements. Chelsea has experience in financial analysis and risk management as a Credit Analyst II at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. Chelsea started their career at the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, initially as a Financial Examiner II conducting compliance audits and investigations, and later as a Manager overseeing daily operations and budget forecasting.

Chelsea Doyal, CRCM holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association in June 2022.
