Susan Hilsenbeck has extensive experience in the retail industry. Susan most recently served as the SVP, Project Management Officer at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance since December 2021. Prior to their roles at Sears, they served as the Vice President, General Manager at Frank's Nursery & Crafts from January 1992 to May 2004.

Susan Hilsenbeck completed the Women's Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern Kellogg from 2016 to 2017. Susan also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, specifically the AMP 112 course, however, the specific start and end years for this program were not provided.
