Brian Voss

Brian Voss has a diverse range of work experience in the senior healthcare industry. Brian started their career at Emeritus Senior Living as the Director of Business Development from 1995 to 2007. Following that, they founded Regal Senior Living LLC and served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2009. Brian then joined Legacy Management Group LLC as the Vice President of Operations from 2009 to 2010. Brian worked at Holiday Retirement as the Regional Director of Operations from 2011 to 2015, and later joined Regency Pacific Management LLC as the Regional Vice President of Operations from 2015 to 2015. Since 2016, Brian has been employed at American Healthcare REIT, initially as the Director of Asset Management and currently as the Vice President of Asset Management. In their role, they oversee a diverse portfolio of healthcare investment properties, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and independent living communities.

Brian Voss completed their education at Washington State University. Brian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 1989 to 1993. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from 1993 to 1994. Following their education, Brian Voss obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in October 1994 from the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
