Matthew Barth has extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Matthew began their career at Alorica as a Team Lead in Advanced Tech Support, where they supervised phone support technicians and provided training and coaching. Matthew then moved on to Aaron's, Inc, where they worked as a Customer Accounts Manager, responsible for managing lease accounts and the retail location. Matthew joined Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group as a Staff Auditor, Internal Audit and Control, where they maintained files and ensured compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Matthew also worked as a Coordinator in Accounts Receivable and as a Team Lead in Operations Administration. At Verizon Business, they served as a Sr. Audit Analyst and was responsible for compliance, audit, and analysis of tax exemption and VOIP disputes. Matthew recovered approximately $50 million in disputes. At The F&M Bank & Trust Company, they worked as a Banking Officer, Financial Auditor. Matthew then joined Prosperity Bank as an AVP, Internal Auditor, where they assisted in the development and execution of the internal audit function. Currently, they are employed at American Heritage Bank, serving as the SVP Director of Internal Audit and Risk, overseeing various functions including internal audit, compliance, fraud, information security, and enterprise risk. Matthew has developed and managed various programs and processes related to these areas. Throughout their career, Matthew has shown a strong ability to develop and manage internal audit functions, lead proactive risk management initiatives, and provide strategic oversight.

Matthew Barth has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts at Tulsa Community College from 2000 to 2003. Matthew attended Broken Arrow High School from 1998 to 2000, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
