Parul Khandelwal

Parul Khandelwal has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Parul currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the American India Foundation since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from July 2018 to February 2022. Parul has also worked as an HR Consultant at Ten Square Games from January 2018 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, Parul held positions such as General Manager of Human Resources at Daffodil Software from June 2016 to August 2017, Senior Manager of Human Resources at Keywords Studios from October 2013 to May 2016, and Manager of Human Resources at Lakshya Digital from May 2008 to October 2013. Parul also worked as a Deputy Manager of HR at VGL Group Jaipur from November 2006 to December 2007 and as a Senior Executive of HR at Dolphins International from June 2004 to October 2006. In their various roles, Parul has demonstrated expertise in talent management, organization development, employee engagement, and HR branding.

Parul Khandelwal holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Rajasthan, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Parul also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Banasthali Vidyapith from 2005 to 2006, with a focus on Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations. Earlier, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Computers from the University of Rajasthan, completing it from 2001 to 2004. For their high school education, Parul attended Maharani Gayatri Devi Girl's Public School from 1990 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Parul has obtained several certifications, including HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2022, Happiness Coach from Happiitude in 2021, and certifications in Thomas PPA, Compensation & Benefits Management, and Training & Facilitation from various institutions in 2011.
