Ashley Pantaleao

Ashley Pantaleao, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. Ashley currently works as a Researcher at the American Institutes for Research since August 2022. Previously, they served as a Project Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from August 2020 to August 2022.

Ashley also held positions at the University of Maryland School of Public Health. Ashley worked as an Instructor of Record from January 2022 to May 2022 and served as an Instructor of Record, Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant from August 2016 to August 2020.

In addition, Ashley has experience as a Doctoral Career Consultant at the University of Maryland - The Graduate School from January 2021 to August 2021.

Prior to that, they worked as a Research Coordinator and Research Assistant at MedStar Health Research Institute from November 2018 to April 2019 and October 2017 to October 2018, respectively.

Ashley also gained research experience as a Pre Doctoral Fellow at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) from May 2017 to August 2017.

Ashley began their career as a Research Assistant and Research Intern at Connecticut Children's from February 2013 to August 2016 and August 2011 to February 2013, respectively.

Ashley Pantaleao, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology & Spanish from Central Connecticut State University in 2012. Ashley then pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Health/Medical Psychology from the same institution from 2012 to 2016. Later on, Ashley enrolled in the University of Maryland and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Family Science between 2016 and 2022.
