Amalabha Dutta

Amalabha Dutta has extensive work experience in marketing and data analysis. They started their career in 1977 as an HRD Assistant at Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. They later served as a Purchase & Customs Clearance Assistant in the same company. In 1990, they became a Purchase Officer at the same company. In 1992, they started their own business, Data Consultancy & Training Services, where they worked as the Proprietor until 2004.

In 2004, Amalabha joined SAIZAR Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager, responsible for IT infrastructure modernization, ERP customization and implementation, as well as the implementation of ISO 9001:2000, GPS-based vehicle tracking, and a biometric attendance system. They continued in this role until 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Amalabha worked as the Chief Consultant (Infotech Division) at D Paul Chowdhury & Co. In 2011, they joined Dendy Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd. as a Digital Marketing Associate (CRM), where they were involved in customization and implementation of Zoho CRM, brand strategy development, website and intranet development, and assisting the CEO in major corporate activities.

In 2012, Amalabha worked simultaneously at Bleep Models in New York and PreScouter in Chicago as a Zoho CRM/Zoho Recruit Expert, responsible for utilizing the Zoho platform.

In 2012, Amalabha also joined PreScouter, Inc., where they held various roles. They started as a Marketing Data Analyst, generating large numbers of leads and contacts, customizing Zoho CRM, and leading a team of 40+ members. In 2014, they became the Marketing Data Director, and in 2017, they were promoted to the VP of Marketing. They continue in this position.

Overall, Amalabha Dutta has demonstrated expertise in marketing, data analysis, CRM customization and implementation, and IT infrastructure modernization throughout their work experience.

Amalabha Dutta completed a Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management in 1983. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Gauhati University in the years 1974 to 1976. They also studied Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, and English at Guru Charan College, Silchar, Assam during the same period. In 2014-2015, they pursued a degree named "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" in Data Science at The Johns Hopkins University.
