Ella Hutzler has diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Ella currently works as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research, where they support the design and implementation of research projects in complex environments. Ella'srole involves collaborating with international researchers and producing analytical reports. Prior to this, Ella worked as a Research Assistant and Data Analyst at the National Commission for the Fight Against Genocide, where they co-authored research articles and analyzed data on domestic terrorism. Ella also gained experience as a Research and Policy Fellow at the same organization. Ella has interned as a Research and Data Analyst at Citizens for Juvenile Justice, where they collected and analyzed national data on social justice issues. Ella Hutzler began their education at Dulwich College Beijing, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2014. After completing high school, they attended Clark University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Psychology & Philosophy with a focus on Law and Society. In 2017, Ella briefly studied at Griffith College Dublin, specializing in International Law and Legal Studies. Finally, in 2019, they enrolled at Northeastern University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Criminology, which they completed in 2020.
