Gauri Rege (Gee)

Gauri (Gee) Rege began their work experience in 2012 as a Research Assistant at The University of Glasgow. Gauri (Gee) then moved on to work as a Human Resources Intern at Michigan First Credit Union from 2013 to 2014. Gauri (Gee) then worked as an HCM Sr. Analyst - Employment Assessment Coordinator at Ohio BWC from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined American Institutes for Research, first as an I/O Research Associate and then as an I/O Researcher. Currently, they hold the position of a Senior I/O Researcher at the same company. In 2020, they co-founded Tempo Brew.

Gauri (Gee) Rege earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Gauri (Gee) then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University, from 2012 to 2014.
