Glynnis Melnicove

Glynnis Melnicove has worked in various organizations, primarily in the field of monitoring, evaluation, and research. Glynnis started their career as a Proposal Specialist at Creative Associates International in June 2012 and later served as a Program Specialist and Program Associate in the same organization. Glynnis also worked as a Graduate Assistant at New York University's Office of Global Programs from October 2015 to August 2016. In 2016, Glynnis held roles as a Project Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and a Program Support Officer at Building Markets. Glynnis then became a Consultant at Creative Associates International from September 2017 to February 2018. Glynnis joined Plan International USA as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Associate in March 2018 and later became a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Advisor from March 2019 to September 2020. Glynnis is currently working at the American Institutes for Research, first as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist from September 2020 to April 2023, and then as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager from April 2023 onwards.

Glynnis Melnicove's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they pursued further studies at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree.
