Kirsten Firminger, PhD has extensive work experience in research and consulting roles. Kirsten is currently employed as a Principal Researcher at the American Institutes for Research since 2012. In this role, they are responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments, utilizing principles of community-based participatory research and collective impact. Kirsten also conducts interviews and observations to inform the development of narratives of impact and change.
