Michael Vaden-Kiernan

Michael Vaden-Kiernan has extensive experience in research and evaluation roles. Michael started their career as a Senior Research Analyst at Abt Associates in 1996 and then moved to The CDM Group as a Senior Research Analyst in 2001. In 2005, they became the Director of Research and Evaluation at SEDL, where they worked until 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, starting in 2015.

Michael Vaden-Kiernan completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1985. Michael then pursued a PhD in Community Psychology at the University of Virginia from 1986 to 1994. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Michael attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1980 to 1982, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
