Xiaoying Feng

Xiaoying Feng has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked at the University of Florida as a Doctoral Fellow and as a Graduate Research Assistant until 2017. In 2018, they joined Avar Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Analyst and also worked as a Researcher (Contractor) at the American Institutes for Research.

Xiaoying Feng completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida between 2013 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Economics degrees from Tianjin University of Commerce in China from 2009 to 2013. Their areas of study during their Bachelor's degree were Applied Psychology and Finance.
