Steven Collado

Steven Collado has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Steven began their career at NYC Human Resources Administration in 2008, where they served as an IT Imaging Assistant for a brief period. In 2010, they joined American Jewish World Service (AJWS) and held various roles.

At AJWS, Steven started as an IT support specialist, providing help desk hardware and software support for all desktops, laptops, and printers. Steven also served as the primary responder to trouble tickets and produced regular weekly reports on response times and ticket closures.

Over time, they progressed within the organization and became a Senior Systems Analyst, where they supported hardware and software on managed Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, as well as HP and Canon printers. Steven also served as the first responder to requests submitted in the Service Desk On-Demand help desk system and emergency help desk line.

Steven's dedication and expertise led him to the position of Information Systems Manager, where they supported hardware and software on managed Windows 7 and 10 and Mac 10.11+ desktops and laptops. Steven also provided support for HP and Canon printers and MFCs using the ManageEngine Desktop Central.

Throughout their work experience, Steven demonstrated strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.

Steven Collado completed their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in BPI at The City College of New York from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they pursued a Masters in Urban Planning at Hunter College from 2012 to 2013. Steven attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from St. Francis College from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Steven obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate certification in January 2016, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not provided.
