Brenda McCarthy

Brenda McCarthy is an accomplished regional manager with extensive experience in the property management industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager at American Landmark Apartments since October 2019, Brenda previously held similar positions at ZRS Management and Irvine Company, where responsibilities included overseeing flagship properties and significant portfolios. With earlier experience as Vice President of Operations at Concord Management-Concord Rents and Regional Manager at Equity Residential, Brenda has demonstrated strong leadership in team rebuilding and improving occupancy rates across various locations in Florida and Colorado.
