Caitlin Pike serves as the Open Access Program Success Manager at the American Psychological Association since February 2023, focusing on optimizing success metrics for customers with Open Access publishing agreements. Additionally, Caitlin is an adjunct professor at IUPUI, teaching LIS-S 656 Scholarly Communication since August 2022, and has held the role of Training and Outreach Specialist at TOR Community Solutions since March 2021, providing community-based workshops on various topics. Prior experience includes the position of Strategic Proposal Writer at Parexel and several roles at IUPUI, including Research Engagement and Scholarly Services Coordinator and Nursing and Medical Humanities Liaison Librarian. Caitlin began their professional journey as a Library Fellow at the National Institutes of Health-NIEHS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Indiana University Indianapolis, a Master’s in Library Science from North Carolina Central University, and a Bachelor’s in English from North Carolina State University.
