Chris Farrell

Chris Farrell is an accomplished journalist and economist with extensive experience in various prominent media outlets. Since June 2014, Chris has served as a columnist for PBS Next Avenue and has held the same position at the Star Tribune since January 2007. Additionally, Chris has contributed as an economics correspondent for Marketplace Morning Report and as a senior economics contributor for American Public Media Group since 2004. Chris has been an economics commentator for Minnesota Public Radio since May 1996 and was the economics editor for Marketplace Money from July 1985 until 2013. Chris holds an MSc in Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in History from Stanford University.
