Mini Jain

Mini Jain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mini is currently employed at American Public Media Group as the Managing Director, Talent. Prior to this, they worked at Salo LLC as a Human Resources Consultant for over four years. Mini also served as the Director of Human Capital at UnitedHealth Group and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at U.S. Bank. Mini Jain has experience in consulting as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Mini has a strong background in HR, with roles such as HR Manager and HRIS Project Manager at General Mills. Early in their career, they worked as a Law Clerk at the State of Minnesota and as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing and Research at William Mitchell College of Law. Mini started their professional journey as an Associate at Messerli & Kramer and later as an Attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP.

Mini Jain has a diverse education history. Mini earned an A.B. degree in Psychology from Smith College in 1989. Mini then pursued a J.D. degree, graduating cum laude from Indiana University Bloomington in 1992. In 2003, Mini Jain attended Cornell University, where they obtained an MILR degree in Industrial and Labor Relations in 2004. Most recently, they completed a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University in 2020.
