Josh Hurwitz is a senior economist at the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) since May 2021, and a lecturer at The Fletcher School at Tufts University from January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a teaching fellow at Harvard University from September 2017 to May 2021 and working as a research assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research and Pearson between June 2013 and July 2015. Additionally, Josh was a research associate at the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College from August 2010 to June 2013. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Harvard University (2015-2021) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from William & Mary (2006-2010).
