Alethea L. Davis

Alethea L. Davis, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the human resources field. In 2016, they joined Connections Consulting Group, LLC as a Principal HR Consultant and HR Project Manager. At Connections, they provided consulting and outsourced HR services to small businesses, helping them integrate effective HR processes and practices into their daily operations. In 2019, Alethea joined the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) as a Benefits & Operations Manager. Alethea L. later transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources Operations in January 2021.

Alethea L. Davis holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Alethea L. also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Decision Science/Information Systems from George Mason University. Additionally, they pursued Information Technology studies at Hampton University. Alethea has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM Total Rewards Specialty Credential from SHRM in 2023, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in 2013.
