James Bannister

James Bannister has a diverse work experience that spans across several companies. James currently holds the position of Director, Product Management, HRIS (Workday) at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), a role they assumed in January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Workforce Strategy at ASCO from January 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining ASCO, James was the Head of Talent Acquisition at 5AM Solutions from November 2015 to December 2016. James began their career at Modis in October 1998 as a Resource Development Manager, where they managed the recruiting process for information technology consultants and conducted daily interviews to assess potential candidates' technical competencies.
