Dr. Wael al-Dakroury

Dr. Wael Al-Dakroury, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is an experienced professional in the field of communication disorders, currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association since January 2023 and as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the College of Medicine, AlFaisal University since November 2020. Dr. Al-Dakroury established and directs the Communication Disorders Department at Psych Care Complex since December 2011 and has held significant roles in various prestigious organizations, including serving as a Board Member in the Autism Services Technical Committee with the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Health Care Institutions and as an Adjunct Professor in the Speech-Language Pathology Department at King Saud University. With a comprehensive educational background, including a Ph.D. in Communication Disorders from Queen Margaret University, Dr. Al-Dakroury has significantly contributed to the field through clinical leadership and involvement in national committees focusing on developmental and behavioral disorders in Saudi Arabia.
