Jill Albanese is the chief human resources officer for LIXIL Water Technology Americas. She leads the HR team in developing key programs aligned to the corporate strategy and values, strengthening relationships, and improving synergies within the global LIXIL organization.
She initially joined the Company as senior director of talent, rewards and culture. Her responsibilities included the design and execution of processes for performance and talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, compensation, and benefits. Additionally, she worked to deliver relevant metrics and analytics to help inform business and talent decisions, as well as providing leadership in HR system advancements.
Albanese brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to LIXIL. Prior to joining, she served as workforce analytics leader at Merck, where she drove data-based talent and organizational decision-making across the company, while supporting numerous business and HR transformation initiatives. Before this, she held various HR leadership positions at Novartis and Prudential Financial.
Albanese holds a MHRM in human resource management from Rutgers University and a B.S. in psychology from Duke University.
