James Walsh is the vice president, product management, for LIXIL Americas. He is responsible for the product development and management of fixtures, vanities, shower toilets, and SpaLet bidet seats, as well as the pro and commercial categories.

An experienced veteran of the organization, Walsh has attained positions of increasing responsibility in the sales and marketing groups, involving the full range American Standard and DXV bath and kitchen products. He has overseen development of product innovations and technologies recognized with prestigious international awards for their functionality and operation. Walsh is a sought-after expert in the media for stories related to how plumbing products work and how they conserve water.

James Walsh

John Gillespie is the vice president, marketing and omni channel business development for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas in the US domestic markets.  His responsibilities include strategic development and execution of customer experience management across retail, wholesale and e-commerce, demand creation initiatives, cross-channel programming, product commercialization as well as brand education and training. Gillespie also is responsible for emerging market and business development activities across channels.

Gillespie has extensive experience in brand development, market penetration and emerging market development in business-to-business and business-to-consumer organizations. He initially joined [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) as vice president of marketing, overseeing all trade-based marketing programs in the wholesale division. 

Prior to that Gillespie was director of corporate marketing at [Ferguson Enterprises](/org/ferguson-enterprises-inc), the largest wholesale distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies and pipe, valves and fittings in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Gillespie culminated a 25-year career with Anheuser-Busch as vice president of marketing, after holding roles of increasing responsibility within their sales and marketing groups.

John Gillespie

Jill Albanese is the chief human resources officer for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Water Technology Americas. She leads the HR team in developing key programs aligned to the corporate strategy and values, strengthening relationships, and improving synergies within the global [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) organization. 

She initially joined the Company as senior director of talent, rewards and culture. Her responsibilities included the design and execution of processes for performance and talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, compensation, and benefits. Additionally, she worked to deliver relevant metrics and analytics to help inform business and talent decisions, as well as providing leadership in HR system advancements.

Albanese brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp). Prior to joining, she served as workforce analytics leader at [Merck](/org/merck), where she drove data-based talent and organizational decision-making across the company, while supporting numerous business and HR transformation initiatives. Before this, she held various HR leadership positions at [Novartis](/org/novartis) and [Prudential Financial](/org/prudential-financial). 

Albanese holds a MHRM in human resource management from [Rutgers University](/org/rutgers-university) and a B.S. in psychology from [Duke University](/org/duke-university).

Jill Albanese

Jay Londhe is vice president, research and engineering, for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. He oversees the advanced concepts, new product development, and program management functions of all American Standard and DXV brand products globally, setting the vision and strategy for his teams to follow.

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), Londhe served as vice president, operations and sourcing, for [Newell Brands](/org/newell-brands), where he was responsible for their tools business with manufacturing facilities located in North and South America, Europe and Asia. He initially began at Newell Rubbermaid as director, global sourcing, establishing strategy and supply chain solutions for their baby and parenting products division.

Earlier in his career Londhe assumed roles of increasing responsibility at [General Motors](/org/general-motors) and Delphi Automotive Systems, a high-tech company providing solutions for the automotive and transportation sectors. Londhe worked in various engineering, management, and supply chain roles there, including being responsible for the start-up manufacturing and serving as country lead in India. He culminated his tenure there as director, global sourcing, with international material purchase responsibility valued at $400 million annually.

Londhe holds an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a B.E. in mechanical engineering from Mangalore University, India.

Jay Londhe

Bruce Proctor is the chief legal officer for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas, overseeing all legal, governance and compliance issues. He has broad substantive legal and commercial experience, having worked within industry for over 30 years, following five years in private practice. 

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), Proctor held a series of executive legal roles at Fortune 500 companies, where he served as both an advisor to and member of executive management teams. These roles included, most recently, senior vice president and general counsel for Diageo North America and chief counsel at [The Coca-Cola Company](/org/the-coca-cola-company), in addition to senior legal roles with [Unilever](/org/unilever) and [Bristol-Myers Squibb](/org/bristol-myers-squibb).  

Proctor holds an LL.M from [New York University](/org/nyu); a J.D. from [Vermont Law School](/org/vermont-law-school), where he was a member and editor of the law review, and a B.A. from the University of Buffalo.

Bruce Proctor

Michelle Mattrey is the vice president, insights and analytics, for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. She is responsible for the holistic insights and analytics platform integrating customer, consumer, market and competitive information sources to inform the Company’s strategy and drive overall business growth. She has more than 20 years of experience in consumer insights and analytics. 

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), Mattrey served as director, consumer and market insights, Africa Eurasia division for Colgate-Palmolive. Previously, she helped build the market insights and analytics function for Colgate’s Latin America region. Earlier in her career, Mattrey spent 11 years at Mars, Inc., where she held positions in consumer insights and analytics, as well as strategic planning.

Mattrey holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Communication from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university), and a Ph.D. in Speech Communication from Pennsylvania State University.

Michelle Mattrey

Valerie Malone is the general manager for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Canada, Inc. She is responsible for driving [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp)’s overall business strategy by providing leadership and direction on all aspects of business operations while spearheading the Company’s strategy and growth within the trade, retail, and e-commerce channels. In this role, she achieved a milestone for the company, becoming [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp)’s first-ever female president and general manager globally.

She joined [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Canada, Inc. as the vice president of marketing, demonstrating her leadership expertise in the creation and implementation of a strong, function-oriented marketing structure. In this role, she oversaw brand, product, and channel marketing efforts. 

Malone’s career has been characterized by experiences in different verticals and industries including consumer packaged goods, appliances, and technology within a host of high-profile organizations including PepsiCo Canada, Whirlpool Corporation, and [LG Electronics](/org/lg).

Malone holds a B.B.A. with a double concentration in finance and economics from the University of New Brunswick.

Valerie Malone

Bill McLean is the chief supply chain officer for LIXIL Americas. He manages the region’s operations, overseeing safety, quality, procurement, logistics, planning, and production through the Company’s network of suppliers, plants, logistic centers, and customer care call centers. Responsible for creating the annual operating plan, he ensures that operational and financial targets are achieved while supplying the products that meet the quality, delivery, and cost requirements of the consumer. Additionally, he develops long-term business plans providing the roadmap supporting the group’s strategies.

Previously, McLean served as senior vice president, supply chain, for LIXIL Asia’s faucet division, supervising all logistics and processes in those corresponding manufacturing facilities. Prior, he served in various operational positions for GROHE, including tenures as managing director of GROHE Siam and vice president, operations, for GROHE Canada. Earlier in his career, he worked at [CNH Industrial](/org/cnh-industrial), a global leader in the capital goods sector, serving in senior roles in product engineering and engineering management.

McLean holds an M.S. in engineering from the [University of Saskatchewan](/org/university-of-saskatchewan) and a B.S. in engineering from the [University of Guelph](/org/university-of-guelph).

Bill McLean

Chris Brown is the chief sales officer for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. He manages the North American sales leadership team at [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), serving to further expand the growing footprint of this global building and construction products manufacturer. He directs all senior sales management team leaders, overseeing U.S., Canadian and Latin American retail, trade and e-commerce channels. 

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), Brown had more than 20 years of broad distribution experience selling through both retail and wholesale channels, with a proven record in handling go-to-market evolutions, brand integrations, and systems changes. He served as senior vice president of sales for the exterior cladding division of [Ply Gem](/org/plygem) Industries. This business unit experienced significant growth under his leadership, achieving the number one market share in the vinyl siding category during his tenure. Previously, Brown held various roles in sales and brand management at [Ply Gem](/org/plygem) and The Peachtree Companies, Inc.

Brown holds a B.S. in economics and history from [Hampden-Sydney College](/org/hampden-sydney-college).

Chris Brown

Steven P. Delarge is the chief executive officer and president of [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. He manages North and South American business activities for the [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) brands [American Standard](/org/american-standard), DXV, and GROHE, as well as overseeing the leadership teams for sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, legal, and human resources.  

Delarge initially joined [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, complex business and tax issues, annual operating budget development and management, accounting, treasury and financial operations, compliance, and governance.

Prior to that, Delarge held various senior executive positions at Momentive Performance Materials and led the carve-out of this $2 billion specialty chemical business of GE into private equity ownership. Before this, he spent more than 25 years with GE in financial and planning roles for numerous operating units, which included working globally and living in Latin America and China.

Delarge holds a B.S. in economics and government from Saint Lawrence University.

Steven P. Delarge

Troy Benavidez is the vice president, public affairs, for LIXIL Americas. As a member of the executive team, he works to cohesively represent and protect the Company’s interests in public matters to support near and long-term objectives. Benavidez leads corporate and brand communications, social responsibility, government relations, as well as serving as the company spokesperson. He represents the Company in matters with the industry trade, not-for-profit groups, and academic organizations, to drive corporate objectives, while building relationships and reputation.

Benavidez has a wealth of experience in corporate public affairs and communication strategy development. In his career, he served in various corporate and global public affairs roles for the pharmaceutical industry at [Pfizer](/org/pfizer) and [AstraZeneca](/org/astrazeneca). Previously, he held a variety of positions within state and federal government with staff roles in the [U.S. House of Representatives](/org/u-s-house-of-representatives) and the U.S Senate.

Benavidez holds an MBA from [Drexel University](/org/drexel-university) and a B.S. in political science and economics from [Colorado College](/org/colorado-college).

Troy Benavidez

Adam Bryson is the chief financial officer for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. He is responsible for the organization’s financial and strategic planning, business and tax issues, annual operating budget development and accounting, treasury and financial operations, compliance, and governance. 

Bryson’s previous role with [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) was as chief financial officer for GROHE, after holding several commercial finance roles of increasing responsibility within that organization. He brings a wealth of expertise in global finance, accounting, treasury, and tax through his work on the GROHE management board, as well as from his involvement directing joint ventures in the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), Bryson served at [Diageo](/org/diageo) as global business support partner and regional business performance manager, Africa, successfully implementing financial performance and accountancy improvements in those roles. Earlier in his career, he held various financial positions at Seagram and Nestle.

Bryson holds an LLB in public law from the [University of Glasgow](/org/university-of-glasgow).

Adam Bryson

Noelle Giblin is the senior director, faucets and fittings, for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. She is responsible for product development and management of all faucets and fittings created under the American Standard, DXV and GROHE brands. 

Giblin has worked in the kitchen and bath industry for more than 10 years in various roles. Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), she worked for Masco Cabinetry as director of marketing, countertops. In that position, she had responsibilities for product development, marketing activities, and customer care. She also served as director of marketing for TFI, a former national fabricator of solid surface, granite and quartz for kitchens and baths. 

Giblin holds an MBA from [Monmouth University](/org/monmouth-university) and a B.S.B.A. in marketing from [Xavier University](/org/xavier-university).

Noelle Giblin

Matthew Farwell is the senior managing director, GROHE, for LIXIL Americas. He oversees the development and execution of the GROHE brand strategies across North and South America, with responsibility for working across all functional areas related to the brand.

Prior to his current position, Farwell served as senior director, national accounts, at LIXIL Americas, responsible for strategic planning and implementation of programs across all customer market segments for the [American Standard](/org/american-standard), DXV and GROHE brands. Previously, he was director of national accounts for GROHE, overseeing all sales management activities for Ferguson, the largest plumbing wholesaler in North America. 

Earlier in his career, Farwell worked as strategic partner manager at [Armstrong Fluid Technology](/org/armstrong-fluid-technology-limited), preceded by his roles as OEM and national accounts sales manager at S.A. Armstrong, Ltd., and sales leadership positions at GE.

Farwell holds an eMBA from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. in economics from King’s University College.

Matthew Farwell

Alex Alexandrou is the chief information officer for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. He manages corporate-wide strategy and long-term planning for all information and related technologies. 

He joined [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) with 20 years of prior experience, including expertise in building and implementing processes that increase revenue, optimize enterprise expenditures and enable peak operations across multiple disciplines and organizations. he served as vice president of global it, digital marketing and customer engagements systems for D&M Holdings, a [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs) and [Bain Capital](/org/bain-capital) business. There he played a significant role in all the aspects of IT operations, including department strategy, business alignment and global decision making. 

Earlier in his career, Alexandrou worked for [Newell Brands](/org/newell-brands), where he led the implementation of a new global IT enterprise e-commerce strategy throughout the company. Alexandrou created and managed Newell Brand’s e-commerce shared services, which allowed its brands to share IT services, functionality, capabilities and environment, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced cost.

Alexandrou holds a B.A. in computer science from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Alex Alexandrou

Rob Buete is the president of [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Home Services for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. He is responsible for development and execution of strategies to market, sell, and install products directly to end consumers and specifiers.

In Buete’s previous role as the leader of the Safety Tubs division, he managed the expansion of the senior bathing product category into multiple channels including Direct to Consumer (DTC), retail, dealer, and wholesale. He created a sustainable start-to-finish business model, which included lead generation, sales, manufacturing, and installation strategies that significantly grew sales. He had served as president and CEO of Safety Tubs, prior to its purchase by [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp).

Previously, Buete gained experience in the kitchen and bath industry working in senior account management and sales roles at LEVELOR and other industry brands, as well as [American Standard](/org/american-standard). 

Buete holds a B.B.A. in marketing from [Francis Marion University](/org/francis-marion-university).

Rob Buete

Jean-Jacques L’Hénaff is the vice president, design, for the [American Standard](/org/american-standard) and DXV brands under the [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas division. He oversees a design team that creates world-class product designs aimed at improving everyday life while meeting the high-style demands of today’s consumers. 

L’Henaff is driven by a holistic, user-centric approach to the design process and inspires collaborative work between multi-disciplinary creative groups. He is entrepreneurial in nature with a successful track record for building design teams in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has spearheaded award-winning product design that consistently delivers excellence in form as well as function. 

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), L’Hénaff was a design executive for Kohler Asia, Audiovox, and Terk Technologies, and held various design management positions for consulting firms such as Henry Dreyfuss Associates and The Arnell Group in New York City. 

L’Henaff holds a B.S. in product and transportation design from Ecole Superieure de Design Industriel in Paris.

Katty Pien is the chief marketing officer for [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp) Americas. She leads the overall marketing and innovation strategies that drive consumer-centric growth across the Company’s portfolio of brands.  

Prior to joining [LIXIL](/org/lixil-group-corp), Pien had more than 20 years of global marketing experience from best-in-class, multinational consumer packaged goods companies such as [Unilever](/org/unilever), [Nestlé](/org/nestle) and [Johnson & Johnson](/org/johnson-johnson). She leverages her consumer-centric expertise in brand strategies, innovation, integrated marketing, and brand portfolio management to build the iconic [American Standard](/org/american-standard), DXV and GROHE brands.

Pien has been recognized with various distinctions in her career, including being named an Ad Age Top 50 Marketer, as well as creating the “Häagen-Dazs Loves Honeybees” integrated marketing campaign that won a Cannes Lion Award from the Cannes International Festival of Creativity. Additionally, she was awarded a Gold Effie, a Gold Clio, and “Cause-Related Campaign of the Year” from PR Week.

Pien holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in operations research and industrial engineering from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university).

Katty Pien
