Milli Sharma

Milli Sharma has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at American Tower since March 2021, where responsibilities include driving talent acquisition strategies across India and emerging markets in Asia. Prior to this role, Milli Sharma spent nearly 13 years at Tata Power-DDL as the Talent Acquisition Lead for India, also holding positions such as Head of Group for Performance Management & Rewards and Head of Group for Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruitment across India, campus engagements, employer branding, and retention strategies. Milli Sharma holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a BA in Economics from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University.
