Elizabeth Cobban, MA, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational capability enhancement. Currently serving as the Talent Management Director at OneAmerica, Elizabeth is responsible for the design and implementation of competency, performance, and succession management systems. Previous roles include Talent Management Lead at Humana, where Elizabeth executed strategies for executive development and utilized human-centered design in leadership solutions.
