Jordan Gaitley

Jordan Gaitley has a diverse work experience in basketball operations and player development roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Basketball Operations at American University, where they were responsible for coordinating film/video analysis, organizing team travel, participating in practice, and developing student-athletes. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Program Director at OC Hoops for eight years, overseeing basketball programs. Jordan also gained experience as an Athletic Department Intern at the University of Richmond and as a Player Development staff member at 6th Boro Hoops. Overall, Gaitley has demonstrated a strong passion and dedication to the basketball industry.

Jordan Gaitley completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Richmond in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued their Master of Liberal Arts (MA) degree from the same university.
