Shawn Mattison

Shawn Mattison, MD, MSc, MSPH is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical review and urgent care. Currently serving as a Physician Clinical Reviewer for both New Century Health and Evolent Health since January 2023, Shawn also holds positions as an Urgent Care Physician at Teladoc Health and American Well, and as a Peer Reviewer at Provider Resources, Inc. In previous roles, work included a Physician Clinical Reviewer at Magellan Health and a Population Health Consultant at INTEGRIS Health. Shawn's medical career began after completing an MD at the University of California, San Francisco, along with an MSc from UC Berkeley and a degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
