Bárbara Rebello has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Bárbara most recently served as the Head of Marketing for Americanas and Shoptime, overseeing various aspects of marketing and sales. Prior to that, they held the position of Cross Border Marketing & Marketplace Manager, where they focused on repositioning the brand and managing international product sales. Additionally, Bárbara has experience working as a Business Manager for Prime. Before their time at Americanas, Bárbara worked for Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers in various commercial and marketing roles. Bárbara also has experience in internal marketing and corporate social responsibility with Claro Brasil and as a Communication Intern at Vale.

Bárbara Rebello holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from COPPEAD UFRJ, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. In 2015, they also completed the Vision Management Program in Business Administration at IE Business School. For their post-graduate education, they completed a specialization in Marketing at Ibmec from 2009 to 2010. In 2007, Bárbara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from UERJ. Additionally, they have completed various short-term courses and programs, such as Big Data Analytics at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, E-Commerce and Agile Project Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a Nanodegree in Digital Marketing at Udacity Brasil, and People Management with an Emphasis on Organizational Leadership at Muttare Consultoria.
