Catalina Manzur

Catalina Manzur, PHR has a comprehensive work experience in human resources with a focus on benefits management. From 2019 onwards, they have been working at Americold Logistics, LLC., where they currently hold the position of Director of Benefits. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Benefits Manager at the same company. From 2005 to 2018, Catalina worked at CSM Bakery Solutions, starting as a Benefits Coordinator and progressing to the role of Sr. Benefits Manager. During their time at CSM, they played a key role in developing benefits strategies, managing health and welfare programs, and overseeing the company's wellness program. Before joining CSM, Catalina gained experience as an Organizational Director at Alta tecnologia en Informatica, where they were responsible for compensation and benefits plans, HR compliance, data integrity, and recruiting activities.

Catalina Manzur, PHR received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration/HR from Kennesaw State University in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de La Sabana between 1993 and 1998. Additionally, Catalina holds a Professional Human Resources certification from SHRM.
