Gary Webster

Gary Webster has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and technology. Gary currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global HR Operations and Technology at Americold Logistics, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director / Global Program Director / Independent Consultant at HCM Systems Expert, LLC, where they led global enterprise programs and provided advisory services and analysis for HR service delivery and technology strategy. Gary also audited and made recommendations on HR technology strategy for a medical services company and led the roll out of Employee On-Boarding, Off-Boarding, and other processes for a global technology company.

Before HCM Systems Expert, LLC, Gary was the Director of HR Technologies at MUFG, where they managed a portfolio of 40+ HR systems and led Workday and HR middleware integrations. Gary developed a multi-year strategy and roadmap for enabling growth and global scale while minimizing technical debt.

Prior to MUFG, Gary worked at Deloitte as an HR Service Delivery leader, where they led multinational enterprise programs for large global clients, solving program, project, quality, design, and integration issues. Gary also worked at ADP as a Global Program Director, managing clients such as Nike, HP, American Express, and British Petroleum.

Earlier in their career, Gary held various positions such as Director of HR Information Technology at Newell Rubbermaid, HRIS Manager at Lyondell Chemical, and Product Consultant at Talx.

Gary Webster obtained a Bachelor of Science (SB) degree in Management and Information Systems (MIS) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
