Rebecca Munoz-Matla has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Rebecca is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources Europe at Americold Logistics, LLC., where they oversee HR operations across multiple countries. Prior to their current role, they worked at Greif as the Global HR Director FPS, managing a large team and implementing HR solutions for various business units. Rebecca also served as an HR Business Partner at Greif, supporting divisions in EMEA and Benelux. Before Greif, they held managerial positions at Xerox Business Process Outsourcing Services, where they focused on training and development and international HR management. Rebecca began their career as the Human Resources Manager Netherlands at Van Galen Logistiek, overseeing HR policies and practices, payroll administration, recruitment, and training. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.
Rebecca Munoz-Matla has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2003. In 2005-2007, they completed their Master's degree in Advanced Labor Studies from Amsterdams Instituut voor Arbeids Studies, with a focus on Human Resources. In 2012-2013, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management in a Customer oriented Organization from the School for Customer Management. Additionally, Rebecca holds certifications in Nen-En ISO 9002 from Bureau Veritas Quality International and as a Counselor from Hubert Consult.
