Stephan Roker

Stephan Roker has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Stephan started their career as a Sales and Retention Manager at Providian Financial / Direct Insurance in 1995. Stephan then moved on to Bank of America in 1997, where they served as Senior Vice President of Credit Acquisition and Small Business Lending. In 2007, they joined Independence Blue Cross as Vice President of Claims Operations and later became Senior Vice President of Service Operations. In 2015, they founded Roker Advisory Services, LLC, where they worked as the Managing Principal, providing data-driven strategic assessments and recommendations to help businesses achieve their objectives. Stephan also served as the Market President for the East Region at FluidEdge Consulting from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, they joined AmeriHealth Caritas in 2018, first as Vice President of Health Market Solutions/President of Medicare before transitioning to their current role as Senior Vice President of LTSS and Health Services.

Stephan Roker holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University. Stephan also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations, from the New York Institute of Technology.
