Genghua Li

Genghua Li has a diverse work experience starting as a Research Assistant at Cornell College in 2012 and then moving on to be a Teaching Assistant at Bowling Green State University from 2013 to 2015. Genghua transitioned to work in various quantitative roles at KeyBank from 2015 to 2019, before becoming the VP, Manager of Quantitative Analysis at Ameris Bank in 2019. Currently, Genghua holds the position of VP, Director of Risk Modeling and Analytics at Balboa Capital since 2023.

Genghua Li completed a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Physics at Cornell College in 2013. Following this, they obtained a Master of Arts in Statistics from Bowling Green State University in 2015. Currently, Genghua is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning at Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, they have acquired various certifications related to AI, natural language processing, programming, and data analytics from institutions such as NVIDIA, LinkedIn, SAS, and Alteryx.
