Tracy Terrien

Tracy Terrien has over 28 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at AmerisourceBergen since April 1995. In this role, Tracy leads a team focused on enhancing processes and customer experiences to meet the company's mission and goals. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing production operations while adhering to compliance standards, as well as leading efforts in accuracy and efficiency. Earlier career experience includes a position as Stocking/Returns Supervisor and Stocking Lead, with a focus on inventory management and team training. Tracy’s career began at Baxter Healthcare, where Tracy held a lead role in the logistics of hospital supply management. Education includes completion of studies at Attleboro High School from 1984 to 1987.
