Katie Godwin

Katie Godwin is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service across multiple insurance sectors. Currently serving as an Account Administrator at Ames & Gough since July 2016, Katie is the first point of contact for insured clients and processes the majority of Certificate of Insurance requests. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Bogart & Brownell Insurance as an Account Manager, advising on life & health policies as well as providing tech support. Experience also includes positions at Designers Insurance Agency, where Katie excelled in service delivery and policy servicing, and at Maudlin Insurance as a Customer Service Manager. Notable achievements include developing a production tracking system and significantly enhancing agency compliance. Katie holds a GED from Boise State University and attended Camosun Community College.
