Gulce Celebioglu

Gulce Celebioglu is an experienced procurement and strategic sourcing professional with a strong background in indirect purchasing across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Strategic Sourcing Lead for the WE&MEA region at Amgen since November 2017, Celebioglu has also held roles at GSK, where responsibilities included overseeing all indirect item and service purchases as Head of Procurement, and BAYER TURK KIMYA SAN., managing corporate procurement. Prior positions include category management at Bayer Türk and indirect purchasing roles at Sandoz and Shaya, among others. Celebioglu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Istanbul University and has demonstrated expertise in negotiating supplier contracts and implementing procurement strategies in compliance with global regulations.
