David Barrows

David Barrows has over 20 years of experience in HR leadership positions with a focus on workforce management, talent acquisition, mobilization services, and learning & talent development. David is currently the Vice President, Talent Acquisition at AMN Healthcare, where they lead the strategic approach and innovation of recruitment services for the corporate talent acquisition organization. Prior to this, they held senior director talent acquisition roles at AMN Healthcare, Digital Realty, and HMS. David also has experience in recruiting roles at Perot Systems, T-Mobile, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, MCI, HP Enterprise Services, and Texas Instruments.

David Barrows received their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management (BBA) from the University of North Texas, where they attended from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor," "Holding Your Team Accountable," and "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2023.
