Rahul Maitra

Rahul Maitra has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Rahul is currently employed as the Head HR India and Developing Markets at Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ambuja Cements Ltd. from August 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head HR and Jt. President Agribusiness at Adventz Group | Paradeep Phosphates | Mangalore Chemicals | Zuari Agro | Texmaco | Simon India from August 2018 to August 2020. Rahul also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides Pharma from March 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, they held various HR roles at Merck Group, Tata Motors, Tata Consumer Products, and Tata Global Beverages Ltd. throughout their career.

Rahul Maitra completed their MBA in HRD and Marketing from Visva-Bharati between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher Secondary degree in Science and linguistics from R K Mission Narendrapur, where they studied from 1986 to 1992.
