Scott Cullen

Scott Cullen has a strong background in compliance and legal counsel. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President Corporate Compliance at Amneal Pharmaceuticals since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Optinose from August 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they served as Vice President, Compliance and Ethics at Teva Pharmaceuticals from September 2020 to August 2021. Scott also held various roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Vice President, Government Investigations and Litigation, and Senior Director, Government Investigations and Litigation. Scott Cullen began their career as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Offices from September 2008 to September 2014. Scott also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania from September 2007 to August 2008. Scott Cullen started their legal career as a Legal Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2005 to August 2007.

Scott Cullen has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame from 1995 to 1999. Scott completed their high school education at Northwest Catholic High School from 1991 to 1995.
