Harishwar Singh Rathore has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. Harishwar started their career as an Executive Talent Acquisition at Covenant Consultants in 2011. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Executive IT Recruitment, where their responsibilities included sourcing IT professionals on different levels, understanding job requirements, and analyzing the requirement to find out available resources. In 2015, they moved to Kaara Info Systems as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2018, they were hired by ADP as a Talent Acquisition. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Amnet Digital as Lead HR - TAG and Senior HR Executive.

Harishwar Singh Rathore completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Annamalai University and their ICSE from St.George's Grammar School.
