Alexa Montagna has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and executive search. Alexa currently works as a Technical Recruiter at Amogy, a sustainable energy startup, where they source, screens, and interviews applicants in various industries. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate at Calibre One, an international Executive Search firm, where they focused on creating diverse and high-performing leadership teams for client companies. Alexa also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Phillip Riley for a brief period. In addition, they held multiple roles at Aurex Group, including Senior Research Associate and Research Associate. Their responsibilities involved conducting research and analysis. Before that, Alexa worked as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where they screened IT professionals and guided candidates through the interview process.

Alexa Montagna attended Shawnee High School, graduating in 2014. Following high school, they enrolled at The University of Alabama, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences in 2018. Their field of study during their time at the university was focused on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
