VaDon Pace

VaDon Pace has a long and varied career in Human Resources and Talent Management. From 2006 to 2012, they were an Entrepreneur and Co-Owner of Whitear Recreation Center. In 2012, they began working at NCS Multistage as the HR Director/Senior Manager Human Resources Development, where they developed Human Resources and Payroll from a start-up, working with leadership to create the vision and culture. VaDon was also the Acquisition and IPO Leader pivotal in transitioning a private company to a publicly-held company in less than one year. In 2021, they began working at HCSS as the VP of HR and Talent Management (Interim PE Transition). Currently, they are the Head of People at Amogy, a position they have held since 2022.

VaDon Pace is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with a focus on HR Management and Business Leadership from Brigham Young University - Idaho. VaDon has obtained several certifications, including Business and Leadership Skills Certification from Brigham Young University - Idaho in April 2021, Human Resource Management Certification from Brigham Young University - Idaho in December 2020, Training Certification from ATD Dallas in 2017, Strategic HR Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2016, Birkman Coaching Certification from Birkman International in 2015, SHRM Compensation Certification from SHRM in 2014, and SHRM Leadership Training from SHRM in 2014.
