Ayten Harman is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Senior Trade Marketing Manager for LANEIGE at AMOREPACIFIC since June 2024, Ayten previously held the position of Director of Retail Marketing & Business Development at Function of Beauty from August 2021 to July 2024, where leadership was provided for global business growth across key retail partners. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Digital & Business Operations at Atolla, where transformative improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency were achieved, and founding Robert's Coffee & Restaurants, overseeing a team of 30 and establishing a successful franchise model. Ayten holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and has completed studies in Data Analytics at General Assembly.
