Vivian Lee

Vivian Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Vivian is currently the Head of Human Resources at AMOS Group Limited since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked for Acesian Partners Limited as the Group HR & Admin Manager from June 2011 to June 2022. In this role, they provided HR advice and coaching to line managers, partnered with BUHs and line management for organizational development, and managed change management processes.

Before Acesian Partners Limited, Vivian was the Deputy HR Manager at Global Airfreight International Pte Ltd from August 2009 to May 2011. Vivian oversaw the full spectrum of human resources and administration functions, spearheaded HR initiatives and projects, and revamped the performance appraisal review program.

Vivian also worked as the Business Development Director cum HR specialist at KSP Holdings Pte Ltd from March 2008 to July 2009, where they were responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies, managing business growth and profitability, and identifying new business opportunities.

Vivian held the position of Business Manager at Yenom Industries (M) Sdn Bhd from April 2005 to February 2008. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies, managing business growth and profitability, and exploring new business opportunities.

From July 2003 to March 2005, Vivian worked as the PA to Group Director at Metropolitan Architecture Collaborative (M) Sdn Bhd. Vivian was in charge of office management, secretarial work, human resources, and administration. Vivian successfully established new businesses for the company, such as a bus express and travel agency, money exchange company, and business center.

Prior to that, they were the Finance & Admin Manager cum Director at PineNet Solutions Sdn Bhd from April 1999 to June 2003. In this role, they oversaw the organization's operations in finance, administration, purchasing, and HR, acted as an advisor on the company's financial status and cash flow management, and worked closely with auditors and company secretaries. Vivian was also involved in pricing negotiations and logistic management.

Vivian's earlier work experience includes working as the PA to Managing Director at Tempe Business Systems Sdn Bhd from July 1996 to March 1999. Vivian assisted in setting up a new company, handled full-set accounts, and managed operations and administration work.

Vivian Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Bolton. Vivian completed their degree from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Vivian has also obtained various certifications including "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in February 2022, "Data Protection Management -3" from Assure Safety Pte Ltd in November 2021, "Provide Go -The- Extra- Mile Service" from Ascendo Consulting Pte Ltd in May 2020, "Infotech HR Systems" from INFO-TECH SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS in November 2019, "R Star Consultants Pte Ltd" from R STAR CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in March 2018, "Basic of Age Management" from Singapore National Employers Federation in November 2013, "Fundamentals of Job Redesign" from Singapore National Employers Federation in November 2013, "WorkPlace Health Promotion For Facilitators" from Health Promotion Board in April 2013, and "Administer Performance Review Process" from Human Capital Singapore in October 2010.
